Hong Kong’s Pollock’s Path ranked the world’s most expensive street

Pollock’s Path, located in Hong Kong’s The Peak neighbourhood, was recently ranked the world’s most expensive street in a report compiled by Billionaire.com. Based on data from global property consultancy Knight Frank, the findings show that the average price of property in the area is HKD930,670 (USD120,000) per sqm. “The appeal of super-prime property has rarely been higher,” said Liam Bailey, head of residential research at Knight Frank. “Rising demand for the best properties in the best locations has been set against tight demand, with limited new supply and discretionary owners who seldom feel compelled to sell.” Singapore’s Paterson Hill also made the top five with average prices for residential property estimated to be SGD53,800 (USD43,255) per sqm. The neighbourhood is home to a number of high-end residential developments, including The Marq on Paterson Hill.   The top 10 most expensive streets in the world: 1.
