Euroterra Capital to launch luxury London apartments in Hong Kong
London-based property firm Euroterra Capital will introduce the York Shell and Hyde Park luxury residences at a presentation at the Chater Room of the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong on 25-26 January.
Situated in prime London areas, the developments are expected to generate a yield of between 3.3 and 5.5 percent, with a rental income of up to GBP7,200 (USD11,890). York Shell units are priced from GBP496,800 (USD820,306) to GBP1,975,050 (USD3,261,305), while the three remaining Hype Park apartments will be sold between GBP776,000 (USD1,281,360) and GBP2,385,000 (USD3,938,201).
“Investors have the opportunity to purchase one or more apartments and we anticipate that they will sell very quickly due to the attractive rental returns, excellent specification and unique locations,” said Pantazis Therianos, managing director of Euroterra Capital.
The seven-unit York Shell, located in York Street, Marylebone, lies five minutes away from the Baker Street tube station and is easily accessible via Baker Street. It is about a kilometer away from Bond and Oxford streets, an area where private member and tennis clubs are found. The property, with its classic Georgian façade and units ranging between 24 sqm and 92 sqm, could provide investors a monthly rental income of GBP5,438.33 (USD8,981).
Hyde Park, with a total of six new, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 39 sqm to 69 sqm, is estimated to provide a rental income of GBP7,200 (USD11,890) each month. Located near the prestigious Oxford Street, a few steps away from the Paddington Station with direct routes to the Heathrow and Lancaster Gate tube stations, the apartment offers residents porter facilities including cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, grocery shopping and accepting deliveries, and access to the London School of Economics, University College London and Imperial College London.
Both properties comprise furnishings including, American oak flooring, Cisa Italia-tiled bathrooms with Hansgrohe fixtures and centralised gas heating systems. They are also equipped with a 24-hour concierge and impeccable modern security features, including Banham security locks, keyless digital locks and closed-circuit television cameras in the reception area.
