Redrow London set to introduce latest high-end residential project
One of the UK’s leading luxury developers Redrow London is set to unveil its latest high-end residential project in Hong Kong later this month. Located in the northwest of the English capital, the 265-unit Royal Waterside will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from GBP265,500 (USD433,349). “With continuing strong demand from property buyers who wish to own a property in London’s resilient market, we anticipate Royal Waterside to be the new landmark in the development of First Central, a twenty-first century neighbourhood in fashionable West London,” Mary Timlin, sales and marketing director of Redrow Homes. Sustainable living is set to be a key concept of the design, with plans in place to construct a centralised energy centre to provide all heating and hot water and solar panels that will produce renewable energy. The surrounding area will also feature waterways, exercise trails and green spaces for pedestrians and cyclists. “Royal Waterside offers a rare opportunity to live in a stylish and sustainable urban environment where homeowners can enjoy the great outdoors while still benefitting from living in our dynamic capital,” Tonia Tyler, head of sales for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said. Situated close to key public transport networks, including the Park Royal London Underground station and Eurostar and National Rail connections, the GBP80 million (USD130.6 million) project will sit within 20 acres of parkland, which also includes First Central business park. Redrow will hold the official Asian sales launch of the project, which is due for completion in Q2 2015, at Hong Kong’s Mandarin Hotel from 14-16 February.
